His Passing
Papa passed away aged 100 years at approximately 8.52am on 29th October 2025 at the Seremban General Hospital. His 2nd daughter, our sister and also his main carer, Lucy, was at his side and he’s said to have passed on peacefully and with very little suffering.
Oddly 29th October is also the birthday of his only great granddaughter, Mikayla. She turned 4 on the day he passed. The two were close, hence fate would have it that the oldest and youngest across four generations now eternally share the date of 29th October in Birth and Death.
The Wake
The wake was held at the family home from the same day 29th October. That spot where the coffin lay was the very same spot that held the coffins of our youngest sister, Vicky, in 1995 and our Mother, Betty, in 2020.
The Funeral
The was held on 31st October at the Church Of The Visitation after which his remains were cremated at a crematorium in Sepang.

His Final Journey
The Interment of Ashes – After his cremation on 31st October, Papa’s ashes stayed with us at home. On 8th November, he took his journey to his final resting place, the “family grave” as we call it, resting eternally with the remains of our sister Vicky and the ashes of our dear Mummy, Betty.
